Keiji Takeuchi
Keiji Takeuchi , born in Fukuoka, Japan in 1977, embodies a vision of design that resonates with the essence of Cruso : creating objects that transcend their simple function to become lifelong companions. After spending part of his youth in New Zealand, where he obtained a degree in product design, Keiji worked for Naoto Fukasawa in Tokyo from 2005 to 2012. It was in Milan that he then founded a branch for Fukasawa before establishing his own studio in 2015.
His approach, both subtle and deeply considered, aims to create objects that fit naturally into our daily lives, transforming the banal into the essential. At Cruso , we share this quest for authentic design, where each piece dialogues with spaces and enriches life's moments.
BIG GAME
Augustin Scott de Martinville, Grégoire Jeanmonod and Elric Petit form the trio behind BIG-GAME. This studio, anchored in an approach that is simple, functional and optimistic, shares the essential values that Cruso defends: authenticity and sustainability. In collaboration with the largest companies, BIG-GAME creates products and accessories that stand out for their accessibility, their charm and above all their usefulness.
Their work has been recognized on numerous occasions with prestigious awards such as the Swiss Design Award, the iF Design Award, the Wallpaper Design Award, the Good Design Award, the Hublot Design Award and the Design Preis Schweiz. Some of their works are part of the permanent collections of major international museums, including the Design Museum Zurich, the Musée du Grand-Hornu, the Centre Georges Pompidou and the MoMA in New York.
BIG-GAME, like Cruso, embodies the balance between craftsmanship, functionality and a contemporary vision of design, with a humanist approach that respects the planet and those who live on it.

Jean-François D'Or
Jean-François D'Or is a designer whose creations perfectly embody Cruso 's philosophy: elegant simplicity, unpretentious, but imbued with poetry. A graduate in industrial design from ENSAV La Cambre in Brussels in 1998, Jean-François gained extensive experience in New York before collaborating with renowned designers such as Maarten Van Severen and Hans De Pelsmacker . In 2003, he founded his own industrial design studio, where he continues to develop pieces that combine functionality and sensitivity.
At Cruso , we share this approach to design: each object must not only be useful, but also capable of creating moments of beauty and reflection in our daily lives. Jean-François infuses this subtle poetry into each of his creations, resonating with our commitment to authentic, sustainable and meaningful design.
